Fees & Policies

FEES AND POLICIES

In order to give you the most accurate estimation of our professional fees, we ask that you call and speak with one of our support specialists. You can discuss your individual pet as our prices vary based on your pet’s weight, and your family’s after-care choices.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We realize that a pet’s health may vary from day to day, and we love to hear that a pet’s health has improved. If you need to change or cancel your appointment we ask that you give us at least 4 hours notice. There will be a $75 fee for cancellations made within 4 hours of the visit. A shorter notice limits our ability to help another family in need of help. If the cancellation is due to the passing of your pet there will not be a charge. Please call and let us know as soon as possible if they have passed. We do not provide a pickup service but we can offer you options for aftercare.

Insurance

Depending on your pet insurance policy, end-of-life care may be fully or partially covered. Our team will be able to provide you and/or your insurance provider with the necessary documents needed for a claim.

Payment Options

We accept MC and Visa, checks and cash. *We do not accept Discover or Amex, and are not currently accepting Zelle or Venmo.

Religious Freedoms

Please know that you and your family are welcome to incorporate any and all religious or spiritual ceremonies and rituals during the visit. We are open to all practices and welcome the opportunity to be involved.

Helping Two Pets

We are occasionally asked to help two pets together – they may be both elderly and have been together their whole lives, or they may both be experiencing serious health issues. We are comfortable with this request and will allow additional time for the visit.
